I have thousands of thoughts going on in my mind 24/7... I am forgetting things i cant concentrate on things... My sexual life is badly effected from this as i dnt get the feeling of having sex... Everytime some or the other tension is going onn... Please help me

I recommend you to get psychological therapy when your issues are small. Do not prolong till other factors influences your issues.
