Anxiety problem
I have been taking tablets for 6 months, but I still do not feel well, I feel numbness on the right side and negative thoughts keep coming to my mind, I do not know when I will recover, I am scared, I am very stressed,I don't know when to get married, when to think about the future, all the time is spent in this please help me

Hi Talk to your psychiatrist about medication. How long has it been since you have felt numbness on the right side? You are also having negative thoughts. I understand you are feeling anxious. It is important to remember that you will recover. You are also thinking too much about the future. To feel better you can work on feeling calm and living in the present. A psychologist will guide you with anxiety management techniques to feel calm. A psychologist will also guide you on how you can live in the present.
