I having anxiety and palpitations from past two weeks , nervousness is always there but when I go to toilet I get some relief but having this anxiety issue persistently

Try to relax with your favourite music or book reading. Things can be worse. Take regular physical exercises in the morning Sun for atleast 1 hour daily. Take well balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water.
