I feel so much overwhelmed and anxious. Getting frequent mood swings, episodic aggression ending up with seizure like symptoms. I just can't focus on anything... intrusive thoughts are fogging my mind. I just listen to loud music all the time as a coping mechanism. I feel sad and depressed. I have OCD like symptoms for about 3 years but recently they are getting out of hand...I am even having suicidal thoughts and post suicidal fantasies. What should I do?
