I am a 25 years girl. and i have been sufferring from migrain headaches since 6years. and i had ayleast 4 migrain attacks per week. i have taken treatment for this and the result was it decreases from 4 to 2 but whenever i stop taking medicines again it comes back atleast thrice per week. with this i have anxiety, nausea and vomiting. i have also pcos,but i am not taking any medication for this,i do yoga and exercise,but dince some days i am feeling very anxious,everyday i am getting anxiety att

Most of the migraine sufferers have underlying digestive issues. Correcting that will help to eliminate your frequent migraine attacks. It is also important to address PCOS because insulin resistance can cause you to exacerbate migraine attacks. Please consider consulting an Ayurvedic physician so all the underlying issues can be addressed

Avoid refined sugar. Limit processed food Increase fiber intake. continue yoga and walk at least 30 minutes a day
