Anxiety issues
Okay I have been undergoing anxiety treatment since 4 years , and I have improved significantly. But today something is making me anxious . I wear a watch that tracks my calories and steps , and also blood oxygen levels . While looking at the values casually , I noticed that most of the times oxygen levels are normal (between 95 to 99 ) but on 27 th January at around 1:00 am night my oxygen levels got low , around 91 . And now this is making me anxious . What if I have some oxygen level issue . What should I do about this anxiety ??

Keep a check on night oxygen level. Sometimes, tongue fall back in sleep causes restricted breathing but the body naturally compensates for it. If it keeps repeating , get a sleep apnea test done. Sleep on your side, instead of on stomach or back. Not to worry about it presently as it was a one time episode. Also, visit your psychiatrist for help with anxiety.
