Hello there, anger is a normal emotion but excessive and uncontrolled anger can be impairing. There are some general and specific anger management techniques. Amongst the general ones, a healthy lifestyle including physical exercise like walking, some relaxation exercises like meditation, good sleep and eating practices, avoiding alcohol etc are beneficial. Amongst the specific techniques, being aware of your bodily responses when angry and regulating them through meditation, delaying responses by counting backwards, drinking water. Leaving the provoking situation temporarily also helps. Also be aware of what provokes you, planning In advance to deal with situation. Hope this helps.
