I m a 58 year old male. I m having treatment for hypertension since last 14 years. I m facing the problem of mode swing, excessive worry and cardiophobia. I need some good medicines for my problem.

Middle aged man who is hypertensive and is having treatment for hypertension. He needs to discuss with his specialist as modification of treatment , such as adding B - blockers may help to relieve his anxiety.
If still he has issues he be seen by a psychiatrist.
