I have constant thoughts going in mind as if something is wrong also while talking to someone i feel a bit anxious and i am not able to talk that freely..my concentration is also not that perfect due to depression..i am looking for a psycologist in mumbai who can correct my anxiety disorder..i also wanted to know is restlessness a symptom of depression and anxiety..and how much time it takes for cure.
