Anxiety & Disassociation
I had a severe panic attack about 5 days ago and since then I have been in a constant state of disassociation, combined with multiple severe anxiety attacks every day. I feel as if I am not here. There is a major disconnect between my brain and body. When I look in the mirror, I don’t see the person as me. I’m constantly confused and I get frightened very easily, I feel like a child and I can’t do anything for myself. How do I snap out of it? I have tried meditation and other things. Please help.

You do need to calm down first. Disassociation is a protective mechanism to protect a person from any external or internal conflict or threatening situations.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist in your city. Also meet with a therapist to address the need for disassociation. Therapist could teach you techniques to help you prepare emotionally and mentally for a conflicting environment so that you can remain functional.
