My Doctor Suggested me not to take Whey protein supplements, anxiety would be worse, I want to know that why whey protein supplement increases anxiety, Is it a myth or true, I want to take protein Supplements for daily protein requirement of my body, I searched everywhere some are saying that whey protein is good for anxiety and depression, some are saying that it could be worse my anxiety, Please suggest me Should i take whey protein supplement or not .
