Anxiety, Depression
I have had a very rough teenage and grew up in a tensed environment at home. Always been very suicidal, anxious, dull, vulnerable and attention seeking. I cannot put my mind to rest hence trying to meditate never worked for me. Health, relationship and financial issues have always kept me occupied and brought about very poor academic performance and made me emotionally and socially unstability. I have a lot of responsibilities and I need to stay mentally fit to keep me going but things never stop getting worse. Please help.

You seem to be having a borderline personality disorder. You can sell help by going to a psychiatrist and a psychologist as you needed birth medicine as well as counseling
