Anxiety attacks
Am taking nexito 10 and clonotril 0.25 mg at every night since last few days. still get attack sometimes (almost everyday) which leaves a vibration feeling inside the body , makes my hands legs feel week and want me to lie down. is medicine really working or any modification required. please help here.

It will take time atleast 2 wks to start action and during first two weeks chance of panic attacks are more.
You can add propranolol 20mg twice a day if heart rate is within normal limit.
