Anxiety at night after alcohol & tobacco
Hello, 2-3 month ago in morning I felt anxiety with palpitations, feet got cold and dry throat. Since then I have had such incidents multiple times at night. I doesn't happen during alcohol consumption but 1 to 1.5 hr post meal consupmtion and especially it adds on when i chew tobacco post alcohol and meal. I usually feel uneasy in my throat, stomach and feel very little breathing issue. Yesterday palpitations were worst than ever seems like I was about to have heart attack. I do not have any pain in chest nor sleeping disorders. I had consulted two doctors before ,one of them was ayurvedic which gave me relief for long duration however anxiety happened yesterday again. Request your kind consultation in identifying and help with the problem. Regards, Vikram Singh
