I feel confusion, anxiety and overthinking has taken a toll on me.no social life!!! I am drowning in thoughts and I lose my temper if the things don't go my way!!!

You should consult a counselor, for now on start with meditation twice a day for 15 mins each session, it shall help you out with focus and won't allow you to take impulsive decisions or confuse you, and shall help you focus on important things, it shall help you with drowning thoughts as well. Secondly I would like you to google "breathing techniques for anxiety" and practice it whenever you start to realize your thought process is diverting towards a negative emotion. Practice this for a week and you shall reap it's benefits.
