I am on anxiety medicines serit 50. But from past 1 week I am just not able to handle my emotions. I am feeling depressed, I feel empty inside, I feel overwhelmed with lot of responsibilities. I don feel loved. I have exams coming up but not able to study. I don feel like getting out of bed during the day and I can't sleep at night. I am restless and always tired. I don feel like meeting my friends or going to a social gathering at work. I just want to stay alone. I am not even able to feel good about attending a family wedding or excited about meeting my own relatives. I get tired talking to my mom also. Every emotion or behavior which is normal feels like a burden and responsibility. I don't know what to do. How to react? What is right and what is wrong? How to deal with things . Can you please suggest something.
