Anxiety and panic attacks
Panic attacks, heart palpitations, frequent chest constrictions when anxious, tendency to overexaggerate issues in my head, over thinking, avoiding social interactions on occasion/ forcing myself to go, difficulty sleeping at night, restlessness, lack of motivation, listlessness towards life in general, fantasizing about death (but not suicidal)

Anxiety disorders are infact most common or one of the most common Psychiatric(other than Depression) diagnosis...I can empathize with you...you are having symptoms of anxiety spectrum disorders...Do exercise, take regular healthy meals, be in regular touch with your closed ones and friends.... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case..You may require therapy sessions other than adequate doses of Medications if required... regards
