Anxiety and panic attacks
I have had a blocked nose for a month now which is making it difficult for me to breathe so i am hyperventilating. I have consulted an ENT specialist but medicines aren't working and i have to get it treated surgically. My symptoms are breathlessness, heaviness in head, dizziness and vertigo that increases while sleeping, tingling and numbness and heaviness in body. Taking etizola beta tablets helped a little bit but my anxiety is still not going away. Even when I'm not anxious, my symptoms don't go away.

you can take a second opinion from an ENT surgeon if you want...but follow the doctor's advice.
