Anxiety and panic attack issues
About 2 years ago i was in hostel and in night i have a panic attack that i can't stay in one place that i can't talk with anyone and etc it was all anxiety feelings and after that i leave my hostel and start staying at my home but that thing doesn't improve i always get scared that when i will be go somewhere to another place and live alone i can't sleep there & that's my biggest fear till now and after that i also visit to a psychiatrist but I don't want to take any medication and after that i also visit to a gynaecologist and found that i have a pcos problem and she tell because of that am having these anxiety issues so in two years i meditate and do yoga and exercises and i control that feeling i also loose weight but on 17 june 2020 i again have that feeling and i was so much thinking about carrier and one actor commit sucide about that stuff also . i just overthink a lot. so  please tell am i suffering with depression issues or its just an pcos problem plz help me out

Hello..there are many things u have mentioned in the description which require thorough evaluation. U may or may not have a psychiatric illness,u may or may not require medications but it's always good to seek help with the professional.
Next Steps
I also want to tell you that u must weigh pros and cons of taking medications if at all u r prescribed by your doctor.if Ur problems are so severe then there's no harm taking a tablet and being alright everyday rather than suffering cz of it. Also stigmatising psych issue and their medicine will do no good to anybody.infact they are the saviours. proper treatment could have saved SSR but m sorry to say that the stigma in our society towards psychiatrist and mental illness is so huge.
