I feel like 100s of thoughts are racing around in my mind, Headache is constant and I feel dizzy too. Nausea and uncontrollable overthinking, panicking, difficulty in breathing (heavy breathing and sometimes fast heartbeat) , Changes in appetite and easily getting irritated are the symptoms. And most of the time I feel sad and cry for no reason. Sleep routine is perhaps okay but I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and feel like something negative is going to happen. Also I my stomach hurts sometimes.
