Anxiety and Negative thoughts
Its been two year now. I get palpitations and get anxious for no reason. I often feel scared and alarmed. I always get negative thoughts like what if I become psychotic. I feel very bad about me because I am 20 years old. Rest of my friends make fun of my problem. I feel crying. Please help.

Hello Most of the anxiety symptoms are usually due to something undelying in our subconscious mind which is unresolved. Try to find out some links either from your childhood or past life events, which might be leading to fear of psychosis. Since you are suffering from a long period of time it would be better if you seek help from Mental health professional. Also as you are very young and aware, no need to be worry much about it. The problem is completely manageable and treatable. Just work on it.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist , regular exercise, breathing exercises, sports etc are very helpful in managing anxiety symtoms.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.
