My psychiatrist gave me sertaline 100 mg to treat my anxiety but I've been getting constant headache daily and I am thinking of taking amitriptyline 10mg is it safe to take both at the same time or should I give some gap in between or else is it totally safe to take amitriptyline 10mg to treat migraine
