Hi,
Finding pleasure in cleaning the surroundings and having to do that compulsorily are two different things. You also mentioned that you wash hands repeatedly. Detailed evaluation is required before coming to a conclusion whether or not it's OCD. What makes you distracted, unable to concentrate? Are there any intrusive thoughts?
I'd recommend you consult a mental health professional.
