Anxiety and depression
Overthinking is not leaving me. Trying to not to think a lot but still doing. Having anxiety and now suffering depression. Please suggest what to do?

Mixed depression with anxiety often presents with excessive rumination that leads to apprehension and frequent feeling of impending doom. Depression itself shatters  self confidence and increases negativity multifold. You need to break the routine and invest time on all previously soothing/calming activities. Ventilating your emotions with family members and close ones would releive a lot of anxiety. Relaxation techniques are very helpful for your presenting symptoms.
