M Married and a mother Nd have extreme anxiety disorders from last 3 years Nd got panic attacks 1 -2 times a day Nd night too . ... today u see a pic of grave Nd sudden hot panic attack I feel I can't able to breathe Nd intense fear of death Nd chill flashes nousea...what should I do m so scared ryt now ...,

Dear you, Medicines are required.  For self help. You will have to seek support for sometime. Ask someone to hold you when  you are getting panic attack. Belly breathing can also help . Close your eyes and breath from your stomuch.
