Hello friend, I understand that you have negative thoughts which are causing you anxiety and stress,it is difficult for you to manage it,there is no instant solution to convert negative thoughts to positive ones, you will need to take therapy sessions from a psychologist/ Psychotherapist. Overcoming your issues is a process that takes time and effort from your side, with help from the psychotherapist. If you are looking for quick results you will need to consult a psychiatrist doctor first and medication will be prescribed if needed, but this is a short term treatment, for long term improvement you will again need sessions of psychotherapy. Take care.
