Pinworm does not neccessary bee visible through naked eyes in stools.
Check your sugar levels.
It's possibly a worm infection.
Any pain in passing stools or bleeding while passing stools?
Any history of gard stools/acidity/stomach burn. Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management
