I have been having an itch and burning sensation when I have a bowel movement or even just sweaty. It sometimes so itchy that I see a bit of blood when I itch it with toilet paper. Please advise if cause known?

As per your history it seems you are suffering from fissure in ano( cut in annual canal). Apply Diltigesic 2% ointment in and little inside the anal canal 3 times a day after passing stool for 10 days. Ointment Lox 2% - apply at least 15 min. before going to pass stool( will reduce pain). Take syp.Cremaffin plus 30 ml at night after dinner ( stop or decrease the dose in case of loose stool).
