One's in a while is fine but not everyday....not good for health. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol. Reduce your caffeine intake. Do some physical activity. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Stop smoking if you do.
