Hi
Thanks for seeking help here.
Definitely something us bothering you. Bupropion is to be used in day time and nexito too can be used day or night. The symptoms u have described which after nearly a month of medication. This suggests your symptoms are not under control.
The most surprisingly why Ur not doing regular cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety than medication. Medication was never the only solution here. So I suggest we can discuss for cognitive behavioral therapy.
Next Steps
Do regular relaxation practice mindfulness and CBT
