Go through some good music, funny movies that makes u happy hence ur baby.
We are surrounded by chemicals only now a days.
It is okay. Baby has strong protection immunity wise.
1st of all Google based knowledge is not always a full knowledge.
You are already in your 30 th week.
Probably all your scans NT and anomaly are in place.
If growth of baby is appropriate to gestational age you need not stress to this level.
Panicking is not the solution.
Knowingly or unknowingly we are consuming a lot of chemicals directly and indirectly which have negative effects. That doesn’t mean that these effects are seen in all.
Next Steps
Stop using the soap you are using. Try for some safer options.
Health Tips
Connect with your baby, emotions do more harm to the baby than chemicals. Your panicking is what is passed on to to the baby for sure. Relax, breath and connect to your baby.
