1.Watch the dog for 10 days.
2.Make sure that dog has been vaccinated for Rabies .
3.No need of Tetanus toxoid if child has been properly immunised.
4.Hope you have washed the wound if any with soap & water.
5.Consult a local doctor for assessment of break of skin & death of wound.
6.May be given Rabies vaccine in case of any doubt in ensuring above points.
7.The vaccination may be converted in to pre- exposure regime from post exposure regime later on if vaccination is started .
