Anti fungal treatment
My husband have fungal infection in underarms and it because of that immediately underarms stinks even after bath within few hours. Does antifungal soap help with this and which one is better.

Hello dear. Foul smell can be due to degradation of sweat by bacteria. Hyperhidrosis can be treated. Please share clear pictures of the affected skin for an accurate diagnosis and treatment
