Anterior wall subserosal fibroid
I hav hypothyroidism from 10 years iam using thyrox 75mg tsh is in normal value.From 3 months i hav heavy bleeding 1st day of period and 2and 3rd day normal.periods are regular every 24-27days. My period on 14/08/2024 after 10 days i hav light blood colour and milky white discharge with itching and pimple on prelobe of vagina.usg abdomen pelvis scan is done suggest ed by gynaecologist.in that report 15×12mmsized anterior wall subserosal fibroid is noted and endometrium thickness 9mm.any medicine is there for subserosal fibroid.reports are attached
