Hello, Welcome to practo, I read your query and understand your concern, Anterior fundal placenta means it's located in the upper body of uterus and it's a good sign in placeta previa the placenta is located in lower part of uterus near the OS... Though as the pregnancy progress it may change the position... But right now it's completely fine and no need to worry about placental location... Hope this information helps you, Feel free to ask further queries, Thank you!
