Ine anorexia nervosa patient growth hormone generally elevated because due to nutrition deficiency body secrete growth hormone and  that growth hormone can be reverse effect on the pituitary gland. Pituitary gland is master gland and it can cause some hormones secrete in the abnormal manner.
