Anomaly 20 Week Scan Report. Right Renal Pelvis : 6.4mm Left Renal Pelvis : 4.3mm Dr Said there is swelling in right kidney. Please tell whether this is normal thing or something serious. Is it chance of MALE or FEMALE foetus? Attaching  my anomaly scan reports .

Pelvis dilation is mild nothing to worry right now, but will need repeat ultrasound every 4 weeks for follow up

Yes, the diameter of the renal pelvis does appear to be more than normal limits for this gestation. You will have to follow up with a repeat scan. Gender can’t be determined by these findings. Also, gender determination is not legal in countries like India.
