Pelvis dilation is mild nothing to worry right now, but will need repeat ultrasound every 4 weeks for follow up

Yes, the diameter of the renal pelvis does appear to be more than normal limits for this gestation.
You will have to follow up with a repeat scan.
Gender can’t be determined by these findings. Also, gender determination is not legal in countries like India.
