  4. Annual tear in l4 l5. Do for better?

I went to spine surgeon before 4 days and now this time have pain in leg paw and zeroness also. what now i should do for better? or 4 days is less time to judge medicines plz suggest

Hello.. Well I suppose he would have given you medicines , suggested exercises, physiotherapy and then also rest...I would like to know in detail the nature of the pain as well as the treatment given..please follow up with the doctor...Thank you
