Ankylosing spondylitis initial stage
I have ankylosing spondylitis but it is in very early stage , I have not much pain , except lil bit pain in my left buttocks, in January 12 I have to go for physical training of sub inspector in CISF , Hyderabad , I wanted to know should I go and join the training? Please help me..thanks in advance

You can join training as it's in initial stage.. but before training you must take physiotherapy treatment... Lean exercises for specific muscle and joints so that it will help you in training and also will not aggravate your ankylosis spondylitis.. Learn posture care also from your physiotherapist
