I'm under methotrexate for 7 months since my diagnosis. But my knees are getting affected badly they hurt and make a popping sound when I bend them in normal speed.

Hi. If your arthritis is not responding to methotrexate, a change in medication may be needed. There a number of medicine options for Ankylosing Spondylitis patients, and treatment is individualised to your particular problem.
