  4. Ankle sprain. To do to get quick relief?

Ankle sprain
Suffering from ankle pain for 10 days. Xray report is OK. Applying ice thrice daily. Also crape bandage and pain reliever oil. Taken anti-inflammatory tablets for last one week. But no relief. Please advise what to do to get quick relief?
