Sometimes I have a pain in ankle if I touch it. I used to have this problem as a kid and now I have it again after 10 years. This has been happening since I began going to the gym.

hello there. you would have strained the muscles in that area a little too much. give it rest. use a ice pack on that area. apply a pain reliever gel/balm and gently massage it. you will be fine. avoid further strain in that area for few days and do light workout of your legs. regards
