Ankle ligament pain
30 year old female. Mom of 2 little daughters (4 years old and 1.5 year old ) has got my right ligament ankle pain back after 6 months . October 18, 2006 myself and my father met with an accident where auto bombarded with our Suzuki vehicle and we were thrown out of vehicle, and the bike fell on my leg (right ankle) . The right ankle swelled and neighbors poured hot water immediately. We took an x-ray and everything was fine . Exactly after a week I could not walk properly . That's when we went to the Ortho doctor who found out my ligaments were torn and advised me to take one month rest . Since I was a studious person in school I just went back to school with an ankle support band in just 5 days instead of a month . That's where I made a huge mistake which made my pain recur. Then in 2008 we took an MRI and they said it was not 100 percent healed and got physio therapy. Now it's severe and unbearable we cannot see a doctor in finland immediately. Please advise is it related to food

It sounds like a chronic ligament injury either a partial tear or sprain . Depending on the ankle movements it tends to aggravate with swelling and pain . Immediate relief will be OTC painkillers like ibuprofen as needed reparil tablet to reduce the swelling, elevate your ankle and use an ankle support to reduce the movement. When you get a chance repeat MRI and get treatment accordingly.

the immediate measure to be taken should be to elevate your left leg by propped it up on pillows. if possible get an ankle binder for support during walking if absolutely necessary. it is important to keep any weight off of your feet so bed rest advisable. it is least likely to be related to food.
