Ankle ligament injury
Hi, am 23F.Height is 5'4". June month I got an ankle injury and I was in bed rest for 1 month. As per doctor's suggestion I should not involve in any sports for a period of 6 months. Because of no mobility I gained lot of weight. Previously I was 53kg and now I am 60 kg. Due to the ankle injury I couldn't do workout.my BMI is 22.5. Now am on strict diet but still I want to reduce my weight and loose the fat around my hips, thighs and arms. My Tummy have increased both upper and lower. Is there any easy ways to reduce weight without cardio workouts? Especially my stomach, thighs and arms. Also how to know that my ligament is getting healed. Daily I wear the band which was given by the doctor. Please suggest me.

The best excercise for you will be swimming as there is no stress on joints in water
