Hello, Anhedonia or the inability to experience pleasure is only a symptom. The management of the same would first of all entail a detailed assessment. Anhedonia can be seen in Depression, Psychosis (schizophrenia), side effects of medication, cannabis or other drug use, head injury or other brain pathology, psychosocial adversity, etc. Hence please consult a psychiatrist for comprehensive assessment and further management. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
