Hello ma'am Angiomyolipoma is a benign tumor of the kidney composed of immature fat cells, muscle cells and blood vessels. Nothing to worry as long as the size is less than 4 CM. Please get an annual ultrasound done to assess the size of the lesion. Please do not worry as it is a benign lesion and not life threatening. Thanks
