Angiokeratoma leads to Fabry
Hi recently I was told that black spots on scrotum is angiokeratoma. 1. Does this lead to Fabry disease. 2. Removing angiokeratoma is suggested through laser? 3. Any sexual complications in future? 4. Spots are very less in the day time and bit more in night. 5. After laser treatment will they show up again 6. Can it be removed without laser treatment, I mean any crams will be capable to remove the spots. Thanks in advance. Sorry for so many questions

Cannot be removed with creams. Will not cause Fabry disease.
