Angiography report
Hi, I have gone through angiography on 2nd jan 2002 and I am attaching the reports. Please let me know as per my report - 1) what is d blockage percentage ? 2) with dis problem as per attachment can I go for gym and heavy exercise ? 3) How bad is my heart as per attachment. 4) what lifestyle and food changes required for same ? 5) what is Muscle bridge at Mid LAD ? Is it critical issue? Is der any procedure to make it normal ? I am not asking for medicine only have few queries about my reports which I have attached. I will really appreciate if u response briefly about my individual query at your free time.

Hello, First of all relax your angiogram is not at all bad. 1. The blockage is so minor that you can ignore it. 2. You can go for gym and do all your activities as it is 3. This attachment just shows the status of your heart arteries. To know condition of heart you need to do echo 4. Avoid fatty and junk food. Have high fibre diet. Exercise regularly for at least 30 min a day for at least 5 days a week 5. The muscle bridge is a part of your artery running under your heart muscle. Its something which is there since birth. Nothing critical. No need to treat it Take care
