Hello. Your symptoms may or may not be due to cardiac origin. Do the following tests urgently - ECG all 12 leads, Echocardiography, Blood tests for CBC, Creatinine, FBS, Lipid profile, CPK, CPK-MB, Troponin-I. Start following medicines- Cap RACIPER-D 40mg 1cap daily before breakfast, Tab CYTOGARD-OD 1tab daily after lunch. Review with a cardiologist or with me via practo direct immediately with the reports. Hope this helps.
