My father had financial crisis about 20 years ago, after this he often get very angry and uncontrollable but this symptoms was improved by taking medicine. The disease was relapsed about 5 year ago and now medicine is not effective enough. Hi, from your description of your father, it seems he may suffering from either Bipolar disorder or some Psychosis.
He needs to consult a Psychiatrist . You have mentioned that medication is not very effective now, may be a review of the disorder and change of medication will help.
